Results from the Nov. 11 2001 Race

The days are getting colder, or so it would seem by the date! November 11th was a great day for racing, too bad we were all stuck in a basement for the day. Regardless of that, another banner day was shared by all. Our hosts for this race, Joe and Susan Hoopes put on a fine show. The racing was run efficiently, Sue was polite and introduced herself to new faces and caught up with people she knows already. The food was superb, and we'd even had an outside pot of chili thanks to Dan Crawford! Nice combination with the hot dogs, eh?

The Hoopes Clan once again showed their strength in racing as they took several of the top finishes again! We'll catch you guys sometime soon! With a large number of racers and the additions of yet more new faces (seems like we say that a lot lately) the day was a complete success. I don't think anyone left the event without having a grand time. -JJ
