Sights From the Day

This is Chet Jones' Cobra GT. He was planning to race it, but it had some problems. Chet was lucky enough to get a loaner from JB though.

This is the entrance to the twisty section of Octorara Hills. This turn isn't bad for the blue lane but the next one is nasty. You can also see some of YenSid's nice scenery in this shot.

Here's that MG again on it's way to the Start/Finish line.

Most racers agree that the blue lane is the worst. This turn is one of the reasons. This is also a reach for the marshall to get so you never get back on quickly.

Herman had no trouble on this curve at the end of the main straight. The tail is only slightly coming loose.

There goes a Torino on its way down the long straightaway.

The Willy's is about to cross the line, while the Cobra GT is on its way back up the next straight.
